Project Abstract
This research project explores the challenges of enhancing user engagement
and experience in the selection of climbing shoes through the development of an innovative app called “ClimbFit.” The app aims to simplify the purchasing process for climbers, from beginners to intermediate users, by incorporating interactive elements and visual questionnaire.
Reflection
In the realm of experimental prototyping, the challenge of analysing feedback
from participants is a common task. This project got different approach every time while I’m engaging participants by making the experimental process intriguing and informative. For instance, building relative touchpoints through visual questionnaire, mood boards and participant feedback, a connection is established. This interaction helps in creating a more engaging and cooperative insights, resulting in a higher likelihood of obtaining assistance.
