Magic Menu
“Magic Menu” explores the human-centered problem, ‘Choice Overload,’ which is defined as the fear of making a wrong decision followed by regret. Diners are haunted by the thought of many possibilities of what their restaurant order could have been. An abundance of choice leads to information overload for the customer. New Zealand Natural’s new menu could pose that issue with the introduction of many new menu items. By utilising service design methodologies, this project tackles four different ways to present the menu to the customers.
