Traditional Festival Engagement for Young People
The popularity of most traditional Chinese festivals is dwindling among young people. This research project attempts to develop an effective visual design solution that communicates and promotes traditional Chinese festivals. In the design practice, I tried to maintain the elements of traditional cultural design while making visual updates in order to engage younger audiences. It aims to have a meaningful impact on young people and contribute to cultural sustainability while disseminating traditional knowledge and cultural heritage.
